Before we begin, we'll take a few minutes to discuss how you're feeling, any areas of tension or discomfort, your goals for the session, and what you'd like to address. From there, we'll tailor your massage using the techniques and pressure that are most appropriate for you — whether that's focused therapeutic work, deeper pressure, relaxation, mobility-focused work, or a combination.
